US passport photo constraints

Photo must be square, 2 x 2 inches, with head size 1 to 1 3/8 inches (25 to 35 mm).
Digital photos must be 600 to 1200 px square, JPEG, and under 240 KB.
Head height should be 50% to 69% of the image height. Eye height should be 56% to 69% from the bottom.
Background should be plain white or off-white; neutral expression, full face, no glasses.
